That Kind of Love

Have you ever watched another couple and said to yourself, "I want that kind of love"?


I caught myself saying just that last night while watching the CMA Awards. Watching Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert makes you just envy their love. The absolutely 110% adore each other and they are so very proud of each others accomplishments. They just radiate the love they have for each other and its like a contagious bug, you are going to catch it. There was not one single time that while the other was on stage the one left in the crowd was not standing, cheering, singing along, and smiling from ear to ear. It is just the kind of love that every girl wants, needs, deserves.

I have the best fiance God could have given me and Lord knows we have been through some of the most trying life changes. I just don't want that spark to ever end. I want people to see how much in love we are and how happy we are. I don't just want to put on a show but I want to radiate from within the amount of love and happiness that we share. Would wouldnt?!

This gives me something to work on, something to show my children, and something to cherish.

1 Corinthians 13:4-8 Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never ends. As for prophecies, they will pass away; as for tongues, they will cease; as for knowledge, it will pass away.
