December business.

Wow, what a month?

Why is this month THE busiest month of the entire year? We will not have one single "free" weekend this month, this is both something to cherish and something that makes January look really lovely. This is the month of mixed emotions in my house. Some days I am so jolly and excited it's December and the Christmas countdown is on high alert. Other days, I am slow, sluggish, not so jolly, and want to fast forward to January.

Christmas starts this weekend for us Jacob. His grandparents, Travis' parents, are coming for their monthly visit. This is their Christmas visit with Jacob. Next weekend we have Granny, Papa & Koko, and the Tinsley's Christmas' and Jeff comes home on leave. The following weekend really is Christmas and I am not sure how I feel about Christmas falling on a weekend. I would much prefer for Christmas to fall during the week, our weekends are crazy busy until...January.

Not only is it the holidays, but it's also the year anniversary of me becoming a homeowner and us living peacefully in our home for the past year; it also means the not so lovely HOA dues are due, Jay's birthday is coming, and welp, we are getting married. HOLY COW...so much going on in the next 30 days I can't keep up! Thank God for being OCD and having a color coded, mapped out agenda!

I am excited about the festivities of this month, but I am looking forward to wrapping up this year and beginning 2012 with a mile long list of resolutions......and new beginnings.
