the circus is still here.
yep, our craziness is still in full swing. we have yet to catch a break. I know you (along with my ever so annoyed co-workers) are thinking please girl, get your crap together!
let me just say...I.WOULD.LOVE.TO.
since the last post, things just haven't gotten any better in our corner. let me share, no really, please do.
this lovely older woman decided at 8:15 on a Monday morning in rush hour traffic going through downtown Dallas to pull her emergency brake on an exit ramp and stop dead in front of me. where was i to go? you guessed it, right into her trunk. as if i wasn't already about to spend a small fortune to make my house, living friendly for my child, i now get to spend another $500 on an insurance deductible for this crazy lady's suicide mission. the best part of this story is her getting our of her car, still on the exit ramp mind you, and asking me "why did you hit me?" YOU. HAVE.GOT. TO.BE.KIDDING.ME!!!!
OH, AND....
mother nature and her freakishly awesome timing has decided to put a fantastic damper on my plans this last week. as if raining, lighting, and thunder weren't enough to cancel every photo shoot i had planned, making for a very busy and hectic next few weekends, she also blessed me with blowing something through the air and up my nasal cavity. creating quite the nasty sinus infection, and double ear infection. add that combo with some super low blood pressure and you have a week of one sick momma. go, kick rocks, mother nature. kick rocks.
BUT...
i may be completely jinxing myself here by saying this...the crazy train my just be on the way out. possibly. i mean really after 3 months of solid chaos, there has got to be an ending, right? Oh, please God, I hope so our I will be at the local state hospital sooner than later.
EVEN WITH...
all the chaos, i did manage to finish two extremely difficult summer term classes of anatomy and physiology with a 4.0! toot toot, that is the sound of me tooting my own horn, and it is much deserved if i do say so myself. now, i have sent in application packets to two schools and will more than likely not hear back until the spring....keeping my fingers, toes, and all other extremities crossed until then. here's to nursing school....and the rest of my crazy, tragic, beautiful life.
