i have a pinterest board titled "why didn't i think of that?" i have been pinning ideas and projects to this board for some time and have yet to go back to the board to start any of them.
being trapped in the house by nasty weather and the mosquito epidemic we are having here, provided some time to indulge in a few of these ideas.
the first thing i did was, peel several oranges, stuck the peels in mason jar, and covered them with vinegar. they are now sitting on my counter soaking for another week in hopes of a super clean smelling countertop "green" cleaner! the peels have to soak for another week, i will be sure to post again on the great or not so greatness of this project! i am really hopeful!

- emergency contact sticker on Jake's carseats-why have i never thought of this before?
- soaking my knife set in lemon juice to remove rust
- baking soda mask for my poor tired mommy face.
- coconut oil hair mask for my poor tired mommy hair.
- home/information/family binders-you know for all of that information you may just need incase of an emergency.
- homemade lotion bars-just sounds fun!
- cleaning the grout in the kitchen/dinning/entryway...doesn't sound too fun!
- ....oh the list goes on!!!
